- Processing Time: All orders are processed within 10–15 business days. Orders on weekends & public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- United States: Standard delivery 8–15 business days. Express shipping 5–8 business days, flat rate $15.
- International (Europe, Canada and other 28+ regions): Delivery takes 10–20 business days with free shipping.
- Customs Notice: All‑in pricing. No extra shipping, duties or taxes for buyers. Customers only pay for the product. Delivery delays caused by customs inspection are out of our control.
- Tracking: A tracking link will be sent to your registered email once the parcel departs our warehouse.
- Damaged Packages: Please contact us with photos within 7 calendar days after receiving the package for support.
