ICE SLEEP was founded by a team of thermal engineers and sleep researchers who were frustrated by one persistent problem: no matter how good a mattress you bought, temperature was always the variable no one could control.

The Problem We Solved

Body temperature is one of the most important signals in the sleep cycle. Research consistently shows that falling core body temperature is what initiates sleep onset — and that night-time temperature spikes are the leading cause of wakefulness.

Traditional solutions — fans, cooling mattresses, electric blankets — are blunt instruments. They can’t adapt. They can’t respond to your body. And for couples, they inevitably satisfy one person while failing the other.

The Technology We Built

After four years of R&D, we developed SleepCore AI: an algorithm trained on over 23 million sleep temperature data points, validated in peer-reviewed literature, and capable of making micro-adjustments in real time — without waking you.

We paired it with infant-grade fabric (GB 31701-2015 Class A certified), water-electricity separation technology for medical-grade safety, and a dual-zone system so both people in the bed can sleep in their own thermal comfort zone.
